Manu Bance is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in managing and improving operational processes. Currently serving as VP of Operations (EMEA) at Thredd since December 2018, Manu has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Head of Operations and Operations Manager. Prior to Thredd, Manu worked at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management as a Customer Experience Supervisor from March 2014 to December 2018, focusing on enhancing customer service and experience.
