Eugene Rabinovich has been in the IT industry since 2018. Eugene started their career as an IT Support Specialist at Segra, where they provided tier 1 and tier 2 support to end users for network, infrastructure, software, hardware and VoIP related issues. Eugene also remotely monitored both physical and virtual servers along with end-user workstations and network infrastructure. In addition, they responded to email-related issues and attacks such as phishing attempts by checking header information and securing compromised accounts.

In 2018, they also took on the role of Sales Engineer at Segra, where they strategized on campaign leads, designed network diagrams, conducted demos and incorporated products within the customer's environment. Eugene also developed an internal mapping tool for sales reps which holistically strategized on campaign leads.

In 2021, Eugene began working as a Solutions Engineer at ThreatLocker, where they serve as the lead technical expert on product knowledge, demonstrations, and implementation of ThreatLockers cyber security products with MSP's and Enterprise accounts worldwide. Eugene also conducts audit reviews and scrubs through logs with customers to identify threats, as well as reviews customer audits, scrubs through logs and implements best practices for security policies.

Eugene Rabinovich has an education history that includes a Bachelor's Degree in Integrated Information Technology from the University of South Carolina, obtained between 2015 and 2018. Eugene also has an Associate of Arts Degree from Midlands Technical College, obtained between 2012 and 2015. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Zerto Certified Associate: Foundations 8.0 (2020), Threatlocker Cyber Hero Certification (2022), and Fortinet NSE Level 3 Network Security Associate (2019).
