Marc Burgard serves as the Deputy Program Manager for CBRN Training at Threat Management Group, LLC since August 2019. Previously, Marc held the position of Emergency Management Intern at Onslow County Emergency Management from October 2017 to January 2018. A retired member of the United States Marine Corps, Marc's extensive military career includes various leadership roles such as Assistant Retired Affairs Chief, CBRN and MTU Chief, Anti Terrorism/Force Protection Chief, CBRN Platoon Sergeant, and several other significant positions focused on NBC defense and training. Marc Burgard holds a Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Campbell University, along with additional education at the University of Maryland Global Campus and Santa Fe College.
