Bill Siebe has extensive experience in security and tactical training, currently serving as a Special Skills and Tactics Instructor at the Department of State since August 2016 and as Lead Instructor at Threat Management Group, LLC since January 2016. As CEO and President of Down Range Solutions Inc. since December 2009, Bill Siebe has led the provision of diverse security and training services. Previous roles include Personal Security Specialist at Blackwater USA, Facility Manager at UDT SEAL Museum, and Executive Director at AMI Kids. Bill Siebe served in the US Navy from 1986 to 1992, specializing in Naval Special Warfare, and completed education at South Eastern Regional Vocational Technical High from 1982 to 1986.
