Blair Isufi has a diverse work experience in various industries. They started their career as a Fashion Ambassador Intern at Nordstrom in 2015. Later, they worked as a Social Media Director at CCSU Fashion & Design Club from November 2018 to February 2019. They then joined Webster Bank as an Associate Universal Banker in February 2018 and transitioned to the role of Universal Banker in October 2019, where they worked until January 2022. Blair then moved to TD, where they initially worked as a Customer Experience Coordinator from January 2022 to May 2022 and later became a Teller Manager from May 2022 to March 2023. Currently, Blair is employed at Threads Styling as an Order Management Executive since March 2023.

Blair Isufi completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from Central Connecticut State University School of Business. They attended the university from 2017 to 2022.

In addition to their degree, Blair obtained a certificate in Understanding Fashion from Business to Culture from Institut Français de la Mode. The duration of their study at this institution is unknown.

Blair also holds several additional certifications. They received the Hootsuite Platform Certification and the Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite in March 2021. They also obtained a Notary Public certification from the State of Connecticut in December 2020.
