Thomas Hardy began their work experience in 2015 as a Sales Associate at Alpha Bikes. During their time there, they implemented upselling strategies and provided excellent customer service. In 2017, they worked as a Groundskeeper at ClubCorp for a brief period. In 2018, they moved on to BattlBox, where they worked in Consumer Goods Management until 2020. In 2021, they joined Avivatech as a Product Specialist, demonstrating software, providing support to customers, and contributing to software development. In 2022, they worked as an Implementation Specialist at Shift4, assisting with software implementation. Currently, in 2023, Thomas is working as a Consulting Associate at ThreadKore.

Thomas Hardy attended Pinecrest Academy from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a high school education. After that, from 2016 to 2020, they pursued a degree in Management Information Systems and Analytics at Georgia College & State University. In May 2020, they also obtained the Test Out Networking Pro Certification from the TestOut Corporation.
