Mustafa Güvenç began their career in 2017 as an Intern at İBB Elektronik Sistemler Müdürlüğü. That same year, they also worked as a Project Intern at Karınca Lab. In 2019, they joined NETAŞ as a Hardware Design Engineer, and was later promoted to Senior Hardware Design Engineer. In 2023, they moved to Thread In Motion as a Hardware Design Engineer.

Mustafa Güvenç completed their degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 2019, with a GPA of 2.73. MUSTAFA began their studies at the university in 2013.
