Amanda Swanson is a Customer Success Manager at Thread since July 2023, contributing to the world's first service experience platform. Previously, Amanda held the same role at The 20 MSP from May 2022 to July 2023 and served as a Sales Associate and Coach at Orangetheory Fitness since May 2019. Amanda also worked as a Development Consultant at The ELIJA School from February 2019 to March 2021, focusing on behavioral improvement for individuals with Autism and developmental challenges. Amanda holds a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Queens College and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development with a concentration in Special Education from the University at Albany.
