Matt Starkson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, sales, and public service. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Energy Panel Structures since August 2017, Starkson also acts as a Brand Ambassador for Thrasher Basement Systems, Inc./Foundation Supportworks, Inc., promoting the company at trade shows. As the Mayor of the City of Rossie, Starkson coordinates council meetings and oversees city operations. Previous roles include Human Resource Coordinator at Menards, where responsibilities encompassed hiring and employee management for over 160 staff, and Sales Manager at Heartland Communications, managing a sales team. Starkson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Buena Vista University and an Associate's Degree in Travel Management from Iowa Lakes Community College.
