Shea Clark-Tieche has extensive experience in technology and customer experience roles, currently serving as the Head of Technology at Thoughtworks since August 2015. Prior positions at Thoughtworks include Lead Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Developer. Shea also worked as an IT Coordinator at Tufts University Conference and Event Services and has experience as a Teaching Assistant at Tufts University, focusing on programming languages and data structures. Additional experience includes a Software Developer internship at Southwest Airlines, where Shea developed Java code for RESTful APIs, and earlier roles in customer service and retail at EXPRESS and Universal Studios Hollywood. Shea holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tufts University.
