Jonathan Pangrazio is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and operations with a robust background in technology strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Transformation & Operations (APAC) at ThoughtWorks since September 2023, Jonathan leads the Digital Transformation and Operations practice group across the region. Prior to this role, Jonathan established the Digital Transformation & Operations practice in ANZ at ThoughtWorks and held various leadership positions, including Principal Consultant roles in Australia and the UK, as well as Director of IT & Operations and General Manager of Information Technology & Operations at Slater and Gordon Lawyers. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing and E-Commerce from Deakin University.
