Dr. Anne Katharina Rhode serves as the Head of Organizational Design and Head of Professional Services at ThoughtWorks, where responsibilities include overseeing operational aspects, ensuring successful delivery of technology projects, and supporting growth strategies within the German leadership team. Prior to this, Dr. Rhode held various leadership roles at Capgemini Deutschland GmbH, including Head of Delivery & Operations and Head of the Aeronautic Business Unit, focusing on operational strategies and joint ventures. Dr. Rhode's earlier experiences include leadership positions at CTS EVENTIM AG and sd&m AG, where project management and service oversight were paramount. An alumna of the University of Bonn, Dr. Rhode possesses extensive expertise in managing complex projects and teams across various technology sectors.
