Aromal Joe currently serves as the Global Customer Reference Manager at Thoughtworks since June 2023. Previous roles include Content Director - Alliances at Kyndryl from September 2021 to June 2023 and various positions at IBM from November 2013 to September 2021, including Industry Reference Manager and Client Reference Manager. Aromal has extensive experience in managing client references, creating marketing collateral, executing reference strategies, and leveraging data analytics for performance tracking. Additionally, Aromal has a background as a Business Analyst at Mahindra Satyam and as a PR consultant intern at Lintas. Aromal holds dual MBA degrees from FHWS - University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt and Christ University Institute of Management.
