Harneet S. has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. In 2010, Harneet worked as a Robotics Instructor at Duke University. From 2010 to 2012, Harneet served as a Technical Product Manager at AT&T, where they collaborated with partners, defined requirements, and launched key V1 products. Following that, Harneet joined Microsoft as a Program Manager from 2012 to 2014, leading the roadmap and design requirements for new user-focused features.
In 2014, Harneet transitioned to Mashery, an Intel company, where they worked as a Senior Product Manager. Harneet's responsibilities included researching, prioritizing, and leading projects, as well as shaping the product roadmap. During their time at Mashery, Harneet focused on developing growth critical features that added significant revenue and scalability to the platform.
Harneet then co-founded a stealth mode startup in 2015, where they were involved in various roles until 2017. In 2017, Harneet joined Bonsai as a Senior Product Manager, driving key business, product, and use case initiatives at a deep reinforcement learning (DRL) based AI startup. Harneet designed and specified deep reinforcement learning-based neural network predictor and workflow automation, among other responsibilities. Bonsai was later acquired by Microsoft in 2018, and Harneet continued as a Senior Product Manager until 2020, focusing on building and scaling autonomous systems using DRL AI and Machine Teaching.
From 2019 to 2020, Harneet worked at Expedia Group as a Principal in the AI Labs, and from 2020 to 2022, they joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Product Management professional. Harneet's most recent role is as Co-Founder/CPO at ThoughtForge, an AI platform that powers resilient robots and is backed by leading VCs across the US.
Harneet S. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University in the years 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the same university from 2008 to 2010.
