Pawan Razdan is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry. Currently serving as Strategic Sales Director at Thought Machine since February 2023, Pawan previously held the position of Head of Sales for APAC at FSS from August 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities included building partnerships and modernizing payments infrastructure. Prior to FSS, Pawan was Sales Director for Key Accounts at Temenos, focusing on APAC growth strategies and customer engagement. Pawan's career at Oracle spanned 14 years, culminating in roles as Regional Sales Director and Manager, where Pawan developed go-to-market strategies and led sales initiatives in the banking sector across Korea and ASEAN. Pawan holds an MBA in International Business from Durham University and a Master's in Management Studies with a focus on Marketing from M.E.T Institute of Management.
