Mike Donaldson is an experienced engineering manager and quality assurance professional, currently leading efforts at Thought Machine since November 2020. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions at McLaren Applied from November 2017 to October 2020, culminating as a Test Lead. Mike's career began at Accenture as a Business and Technology Integration Associate after completing training in the Software Development Lifecycle. Earlier experience includes teaching mathematics at The Victory Academy, where significant contributions were made to enhance studentsā€™ education and employability. Mike also participated in the Teach First Leadership Development Programme, acquiring a variety of transferrable skills. Academically, Mike holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Mathematics from the University of Kent and a PGCE in Secondary Education and Teaching from Canterbury Christ Church University.
