Bhaskar Sivanathan has worked for nine different companies since 2000. Bhaskar started their career at QualiSoft as a Software Engineer in 2000. In 2003, they joined Ionidea Inc as a QA Test/Automation Manager. In 2007, they worked as a Sr Automation Engineer at both Cablevision and Green Dot Corporation. In 2009, they were a QA Automation Architect / QA Manager at Scantron. In 2013, they were the Founder of both Thought Frameworks Inc and genTransact Inc. In 2018, they were Co-Founder & EVP at Aivtar and Technical Head - QA & Automation at Inspiroma Informatics Private Limited.

Bhaskar Sivanathan graduated with a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from Ambedkar Institute of Technology in 1999. Prior to that, they received their higher education from Army School in Bangalore. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Borland SilkTest from Borland Software.
