Matthew Stephens is an experienced Technical Support Specialist at Thorsteinssons Tax Lawyers since February 2018, responsible for preparing technical responses, monitoring network activity, and configuring devices for new hires. Additionally, Matthew has owned M Concepts since June 2004, specializing in home theater PC and desktop workstation design and maintenance. Previous roles include Field Technician at Business Solutions with Integrity from April 2013 to February 2018, Helpdesk Analyst at TTC for a brief contract in late 2012, IT Helpdesk Analyst at McMillan LLP, and Helpdesk IT Analyst at Compugen.
