Stephen Jordan has a diverse work history spanning several industries. Stephen started their career as the Director of Officials at Mickey Skelly Sports Officials in 1999 and held this position until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, Stephen served as the General Manager at Sicilian Pizza & Pasta. In 2012, they joined Vertek Solutions, Inc. as a Technical Recruiter before transitioning to the role of an Account Manager in 2013. Later in 2013, Stephen became a Project Consultant at CertaPro Painters, where they were responsible for accurate estimates, project management, and quality control. Stephen then worked at Rafferty's Inc. as a Server from 2014 to 2016. Following this, they joined Papa John's International and held the positions of Online Support Specialist and then SR Online Support Specialist from 2016 to 2018. Since 2018, Stephen has been working as a Business Analyst and Consultant for Thoroughbred Solutions, LLC, specifically within the Kentucky Cabinet of Health and Family Services (CHFS) on the Kentucky Online Gateway (KOG) team.

Stephen Jordan attended Brentwood High School from 1998 to 2001, where they earned their high school diploma. Stephen then pursued higher education at Western Kentucky University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, completing their studies from 2001 to 2008. Stephen further expanded their education in the field of Information Technology at Jefferson Community College. From 2014 to 2015, they pursued coursework in CCNA, CCENT, Sec+, and A+.
