Piyush Pamecha's work experience includes a variety of roles in both technology leadership and software engineering. Piyush is currently the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Thoroughbred Solutions and SPRNG, respectively. Prior to this, they co-founded OurTribe TRM in 2019. Piyush also worked for the Commonwealth of Kentucky from 2012 to 2020, where they held positions as a Senior Solutions Architect and Senior Software Engineer. Before that, they worked at Mphasis from 2005 to 2012, starting as an Associate Software Engineer and progressing to roles such as Module Lead and Senior Software Engineer.

Piyush Pamecha completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science at Walchand Institute of Technology, Solapur from 2001 to 2005.
