Bryan Thomas, PMP®

Co-Founder & Chief Project Officer at Thoroughbred Solutions

Bryan Thomas has held various roles throughout their career. From 2017 to the present, they have been the Co-Founder & Chief Project Officer at SaaS Partners, where they manage a team of over 20 employees and oversees the successful completion of 15 custom software development projects. These projects include the creation of a team management and communication app, a CRM for the health & wellness industry, a mobile app and CRM for thoroughbred stud farms, and an artificial intelligence-based freight management application. Bryan also provides regular status reports to their co-founders.

Prior to this, from 2017 to the present, Bryan worked as a Business Analyst & Project Manager at Harvey Nash USA. Here, they supported the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Division of Strategic and Architectural Services, specifically focusing on the Kentucky Online Gateway (KOG) team. Bryan managed migration projects and provided support for over 250 business applications that were onboarded into the KOG system.

From 2015 to 2017, Bryan was a Business Analyst at NTT DATA, where they worked with the same team at the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Division of Strategic and Architectural Services. Bryan managed the daily workflow and adherence to service level agreements of the Kentucky Online Gateway's customer support team. Additionally, they conducted training sessions for end users on the features and functionality of the Kentucky Online Gateway.

Before that, from 2009 to 2015, Bryan was the President & Founder of Fusion4 Consulting, LLC. In this role, they provided consultation and management for political, non-profit, and advocacy campaigns. Bryan developed strategies, schedules, and budgets, and assembled and managed teams to ensure successful campaign outcomes.

Bryan Thomas, PMP®, has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Kentucky, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they briefly attended Western Kentucky University in 2001 for the same field of study. Bryan also has some educational experience at the University of Kentucky from 1997 to 2000 and at Western Kentucky University in 1996, although the specific degree and field of study for these periods are not provided.

In addition to their educational background, Bryan holds the certification of Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in July 2018.
