Suzette Richards has extensive experience in product support and customer success, currently serving as the Manager of Product Support at Laika since June 2022. From February 2018 to February 2022, Suzette held the position of Manager of Customer Success & Product Support at Vemo Education, overseeing teams in the US and India for an online Education Finance platform. Prior experience includes three years as the Manager of Client Services at Knewton, where responsibilities included managing a 24/7 international support team and acting as an escalation point for various service teams. Earlier in the career, Suzette worked at Thomson Reuters for 13 years, initially as the Manager of Product Support & Implementations, advising financial institutions on software upgrades, and later as the Client Training Manager, leading a team to support major global accounts. Suzette holds a degree from the University of Westminster.
