Will Van Pelt has a diverse work experience in the software engineering and cloud engineering fields. Will recently joined Thoro.ai as a Senior Developer Ops Engineer in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Torqata Data and Analytics, LLC as a Senior Software Engineer from February 2021 to July 2022. Will also served as a Software Engineer at nCino, Inc. from October 2018 to February 2021. Will briefly worked as a Cloud Engineer at Applied Cloud Systems from April 2018 to October 2018. Will began their career as a Software Engineer Associate at UPMC Enterprises from April 2016 to April 2018.

Will Van Pelt obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Colorado State University. In 2023, they attended Cornell University to earn a Certification in UX Research and Design.
