Ideshini Naidoo is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in engineering, customer experience, and information management. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering for LegalTech at Thomson Reuters, Ideshini has previously held key leadership positions including Chief Technology Officer at Wave HQ, Chief Customer Experience Officer at MTN, Head of Electronic Banking at Barclays, and Chief Information Officer for Corporate Banking at Rand Merchant Bank. Ideshini holds a Master's degree in Strategic Information Technology Management from the University of Derby and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematical Statistics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
