Katie Barron is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as Senior Communications Manager at Thomson Reuters Foundation since December 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Communications Manager at The Wolfson Foundation from September 2021 to December 2023 and engaging in student-facing communications at King's College London during the COVID-19 pandemic. At King's College London, Katie also held the position of Communications Officer for Science Gallery London, managing media relations, social media, and marketing for exhibitions and events. Earlier roles include Media Relations Officer and Assistant Press and Communications Officer at the British Academy, as well as PR and Communications Executive at Big White Wall, contributing to mental health communication campaigns.
