Nilesh Bagrecha is a seasoned supply chain management professional with extensive experience in the Automotive and Industrial sectors. Currently serving as Manager - Supply Chain Management at Regal Rexnord since March 2023, Nilesh specializes in sourcing and supplier development across India, Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia. Nilesh has a strong background in strategic sourcing, having led sourcing initiatives for Thomson Industries, Inc. for over a decade, managing supplier quality for multiple global facilities. Previous roles include leadership positions in supplier quality and development at ASB International Pvt.
