John O'Herron is an Appellate and Litigation Attorney at ThompsonMcMullan since December 2014. Prior to that, John worked as a Law Clerk for Chief Justice Cynthia D. Kinser at the Supreme Court of Virginia from August 2009 to November 2014. John obtained their J.D. from the University of Richmond in 2009 and a B.A. in History from Christendom College in 2006. Their practice focuses on appellate litigation in both state and federal courts, representing individuals, businesses, and public officials on various legal issues.
