Jimmy Smallwood has over 30 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry, currently serving as the Wear Parts Product Manager at Thompson Tractor Company since 2006, after holding various roles including Product Support Representative and ISR. Prior to this, Jimmy worked at Thompson Tractor from 1991 to 2006 as a Parts Counter Salesman, Shipping Leadman, and Shipping Clerk, gaining valuable expertise in parts identification, inventory management, and customer support for various sectors including general contracting and municipalities. Additionally, Jimmy served as an Armored Crewman with the Army National Guard from 1990 to 2000, enhancing tactical and operational skills. Jimmy completed education at Cleveland High School between 1990 and 1991.
