Holly McIntush is a Partner at Thompson & Horton LLP, where since January 2012, advisory efforts have focused on K-12 districts and higher education institutions regarding civil rights laws, personnel matters, student discipline, and investigations. Prior to this role, Holly served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Medicaid Fraud Division at the Texas Attorney General's Office, litigating complex healthcare fraud cases from November 2009 to January 2012. Holly's early career included positions as a Law Clerk for the Texas Third District Court of Appeals and as Legislative Director for Representative Scott Hochberg in the Texas House of Representatives. Educationally, Holly holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law, a M.A. in Communications from Texas A&M University, and a B.A. in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
