Emily Montion is a Partner at Thompson Hine LLP, where professional experience includes roles as a Business Litigation Associate since September 2015 and a Summer Law Clerk in 2014. Prior to joining Thompson Hine LLP, Emily served as a Fellow at the Ohio Innocence Project from June 2013 to May 2014 and worked as a Customer Assistance Manager at BMW of North America, LLC from August 2011 to July 2012. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree earned summa cum laude from the University of Cincinnati College of Law (2012-2015) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Social Studies Education obtained cum laude from Bowling Green State University (2006-2009).
