Steve Guida is aManager at FFTH Properties & Services, Inc. and has been with the company since November 2005. Prior to joining FFTH, Steve was a Supervisor at UR Medicine Thompson Health, where they were responsible for hiring, training and evaluating sonography staff. Steve also administered the budget of $750,000 and increased staff from 5 to 9 sonographers while growing outpatient volume by 20%. Before their time at UR Medicine, Steve was the Clinical Education Coordinator at Rochester Institute of Technology from October 1998 to May 2004. In this role, Steve was responsible for managing clinical internships of 20-25 students completing their Diagnostic Medical Sonography degree. Steve also managed relationships with over 40 clinical preceptor sites, developed and taught ultrasound scanning principles and protocols to pre-internship students, and was involved in department wide marketing of allied health programs to potential students through various college and career events, public speaking engagements, and one on one interviews.

Steve Guida holds an MBA in marketing and health systems leadership from Rochester Institute of Technology as well as a Bachelor of Science in diagnostic medical sonography/sonographer and ultrasound technician from the same institution. Steve also attended Case Western Reserve University.
