Ben Pearce, PMP, MBA, currently serves as Project Executive at Thompson Builders Corp since January 2022, bringing extensive experience in project management and construction leadership. Previously, Ben held the position of Project Executive at CWS Construction Group Inc from April 2021 to January 2022 and served as Chief Estimator at ProVen Management, Inc. between March 2016 and April 2021. Ben's earlier roles include Vice President of Operations at McGrath Electric and Project Manager at both Webcor Builders and West Bay Builders. Ben holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, as well as an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Santa Rosa Junior College.
