Tim Vader has a wealth of work experience, beginning with Weyerhaeuser in 1987, where they held various roles from individual contributor to Director. In 2014, they joined 1983 Skunk Works Robotics as a Mentor. In 2016, they moved to International Paper as Manager, Process Information, Diagnostics, and Control. In 2017, they took on the role of CTO at Thomason Technologies LLC, and in 2018, they became the Managing Director of Small Moon Development.

Tim Vader obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business from Washington State University. Tim also holds a CISSP certification from (ISC)2.
