Stephanie Flowers is an experienced manager in revenue operations, currently holding the position of Revenue Operations Manager at Thomas since March 2010. Flowers has demonstrated significant contributions to revenue and renewal growth, leading efforts in the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data to enhance overall sales productivity. Prior to this role, Flowers served as a Sales Analyst, where responsibilities included tracking sales performance, analyzing productivity metrics, and collaborating with the Vice President of Sales on budget and forecasting activities. Additionally, Flowers has project management experience in land development from a previous role at T.H. Properties, where project planning, negotiation with engineering firms, and representation with local government agencies were key responsibilities.
