Katie Barthelmes currently serves as the Sr Director of Customer Success & Experience at Thomas since October 2022. Prior to this role, Katie held positions at Xometry, where responsibilities included Sr Director and Director of Customer Success from January 2021 to October 2022. Previous experience also includes roles at Field Nation from February 2018 to December 2020, including Manager of Customer Success and Customer Success Team Lead. Katie began professional experience at Securian Financial Group from July 2014 to February 2018 as a Business Technology Analyst and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Earlier roles at the New Hampshire Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence involved serving as a Program and Training Specialist and Client Advocate. Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Saint Michael's College and is a Licensed Esthetician from the Institute of Skin Science.
