Hallot Parson is a seasoned professional in the chocolate industry, currently serving as the General Manager of K+M Chocolate within the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group since April 2019. In this role, Hallot Parson manages the K+M Chocolate factory, overseeing product strategy, purchasing, inventory control, and team management. Previously, Hallot Parson held the position of Co-Founder at Escazú Chocolates from February 2008 to December 2018 and worked as General Manager at Alderon Corp. from June 2004 to July 2007.
