Francesca Fasan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Francesca began their career as a Store Manager and Visual Merchandiser at American Apparel from May 2006 to May 2008. Francesca then worked as a Press Office Assistant at American Apparel from June 2008 to November 2008. From July 2010 to October 2011, Francesca worked as a PR Account Manager at Smoke PR. Francesca then joined ASOS.com as an Acting International Editor for Italy from August 2013 to September 2014. Francesca also worked as a Digital Consultant, Content Editor, and Copywriter as a Freelancer from October 2011 onwards. Most recently, they held senior positions at Thomas Sabo, starting as a Senior Digital Manager from February 2015 to July 2020 and subsequently becoming the Head of Marketing and Online for the UK & Ireland since July 2020.

Francesca Fasan pursued their education in a diverse range of fields. In 2001, they enrolled at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and completed a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies in 2005. Francesca then shifted their focus to the fashion industry and attended the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London in 2010 to study Fashion Styling for Prints. After some years, Francesca decided to enhance their skills in digital marketing and attended the Digital Marketing Institute from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing.
