EJ Rumpke's work experience includes various roles in the finance and real estate sectors. They served as the Chief Executive Officer at Thomas Park Investments since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal at MRE Capital starting in October 2016. EJ Rumpke also held the position of Associate Director - Acquisitions, Development, & Finance at Greenberg Gibbons Commercial from November 2018 to October 2019. They gained experience as a Development Associate at Solstice Partners, a boutique commercial real estate development firm in Baltimore, from April 2013 to September 2016, focusing on build-to-suit office projects and mixed-use multifamily ground-up development. EJ Rumpke was also the Director of Operations at Kinglet from April 2013 to September 2016. They began their career as an Audit Associate at KPMG US in October 2011, where they worked with clients in the financial services sector, specifically in real estate. EJ Rumpke also had an internship at KPMG UK in 2009, where they focused on improving resource and information sharing among KPMG's pan-European offices.

EJ Rumpke completed their high school education at St. Xavier High School from 2004 to 2007. EJ then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Boston College, completing it from 2007 to 2011. After that, EJ Rumpke attended Georgetown University from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Professional Studies in Real Estate.
