Alex Kopicki has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries, primarily in real estate development and related fields. Alex is currently the Chief Investment Officer at Thomas Park Investments since January 2021. Previously, they worked as the Principal at Solstice Partners from June 2011 to the present, focusing on socially conscious real estate projects. Alex also co-founded and served as the CEO of Kinglet, a marketplace business model company, from June 2014 to December 2022. Additionally, Alex worked as an Adjunct Professor at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from April 2019 to January 2021. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as President & Co-founder at retrievRE, Senior Developer at Manekin, LLC, and Senior Associate at WJS & Associates Inc. Alex has skills and experience in project management, development consulting, market cycles, and web-based commercial real estate platforms.

Alex Kopicki earned a Masters degree in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Diplomatic History from the University of Pennsylvania, which they completed between 1999 and 2003.
