Rachel Jung, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Thomas Oilfield Services since May 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Hi-Crush and at Tri-Point Oil & Gas Production Systems, where both companies eventually closed. Rachel previously held positions in human resources at EDGE INDUSTRIES LLC, Blue Quail Energy Services, and Home Hospice, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR and payroll functions for a workforce of 220 employees. Additionally, Rachel was Vice President of Human Resources at My Community Federal Credit Union, overseeing all HR areas and compliance with employment laws. Early career experience includes roles at PNC Bank as an HR Specialist and at Medical Center Hospital as an HR Assistant. Rachel holds a PHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute and has completed education at Odessa College.
