Gina Shepard has over three decades of experience in the field of workers compensation, currently serving as the Workers Compensation Supervisor at Thomas McGee Group since May 1997, where responsibilities include the investigation and administration of workers compensation benefits according to state statutes. In addition, Gina has held the roles of Quality Control Supervisor and Sr. Claim Representative at the same company. Prior to this, Gina worked at AEtna from June 1987 to April 1997, where a variety of positions were held, contributing to a robust professional background in claims and risk management.
