Cordell Weathersbee, SR. has worked as the Nutritional Services Director at Cantex since October 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Dietary Services Director at Thomas Cuisine starting in February 2022.

Cordell Weathersbee, SR. pursued their education in the field of Culinary Arts/Chef Training at Collin College, where they attended from 2008 to 2010. Although they did not obtain a specific degree during this time, they focused on developing their skills in culinary arts. Additionally, Cordell received advanced culinary arts training in the Navy at a school called 42. Moreover, they earned the certification of Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) and Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP) from the Dietary Managers Association in May 2010.
