Thomas Brown has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Thomas started their career as a firefighter at Southampton Fire Co. #1 in 1980. In 2000, they joined Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals as the Director of Home Infusion. Later, in 2008, they were promoted to the role of Director of Health Ventures at the same company. Additionally, they served as a Task Force Leader at Bucks County Technical Rescue Task Force starting from 2002. In 2004, they became a Canine Search Specialist and Canine Coordinator at Pennsylvania Task Force 1 (FEMA).

Thomas Brown earned a Pharm D. degree in Pharmacy from the University of Florida in 2012. Additionally, they obtained a BS degree in Pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy & Science.
