Dan Carroll started their work experience in 1999 as the Division Vice President of Land Acquisition and Entitlement at Pulte Homes. Dan held this role until January 2023. In January 2023, they joined Thomas James Homes as the Division President.

From 1990 to 1992, Dan Carroll pursued a degree in Economics at Santa Clara University.
