Carla MacDonald is a seasoned utilities manager with extensive experience in property management and administrative support. Since November 2014, Carla has been serving as the Utilities Manager at Thomas James Homes. Prior to this role, Carla held the position of Assistant Property Manager at PMC Fusion Ltd from June 2011 to June 2012, and served as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Winthrop Management for a brief period in early 2011. Earlier in their career, Carla worked as a Residential Specialist at Pinnacle Property Management Services from September 2007 to January 2011, honing skills in residential property management and client relations.
