Stephanus (Fanie) Willers is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and helpdesk roles. Currently serving as a Senior Help Desk Engineer at Thomas International since April 2022, Fanie previously held positions including Technical Support Specialist at IT Ex Gratia (Pty) Ltd and Technical Support Engineer at FIRE IT. Fanie began the IT career as an IT Support Technician at Tantum-IT and was a Warranty & Support Supervisor at Evetech, where a new RMA process was implemented to enhance efficiency. In addition to technical expertise, Fanie has a background in ministry as a Reverend at Nederduitsch Hervormde Kerk van Afrika and experience in legal services as a Prelitigation Claims Clerk with DLG LEGAL SERVICES LIMITED. Fanie holds a Master of Divinity and a Bachelor of Theology from the University of Pretoria.
