Rodney Thomas is the Chairman and CEO of Thomas & Herbert Consulting, a position held since May 1996. Prior experience includes roles as Consultant and Manager at KPMG from 1993 to 1996 and as a Consultant at Mitchell Systems Corp from 1990 to 1993. Rodney served in the US Army National Guard between January 1988 and January 1991 and worked as a Business/Systems Analyst at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers from 1987 to 1990. Earlier military experience includes serving in the 1st Armored Division in Germany from 1984 to 1987. Rodney Thomas holds an MBA in Information Technology from Howard University (1994-1998) and a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of the District of Columbia (1988-1992).
