Ulric Leung-Tat is an experienced project manager and independent business owner with a background in construction engineering and project management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Project Manager at General Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. and as the owner of a project management firm for contractors, Ulric also holds a project manager position at Thomas Construction Co., Inc., where responsibilities include preparing scopes of work and updating project schedules. Previous experience includes roles at Turner Construction, John Moriarty & Associates, Global Steel Erector & Fabricators, and Brabri, covering various aspects of project management, engineering, and construction oversight.
