Kiara Goggin currently serves as the Program Coordinator for Professional and Career Development at Thomas College, where responsibilities include supporting undergraduate, graduate, and alumni populations in career exploration and workforce navigation. Prior experience includes roles as a Career Navigator, where Kiara co-piloted a digital badging program, and Director of Innovation Intern, presenting to diverse audiences and enhancing campus technology. Additional experience includes two temporary positions as an Administrative Assistant at the Maine Department of Labor, where confidentiality and account monitoring were key tasks, as well as a Human Resources Assistant role at Tex Tech Industries, managing payroll and employee insurance. Kiara began a professional journey as a Cashier at Hannaford Supermarkets, emphasizing customer service. Kiara holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Thomas College.
