Felix has a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspädagogik from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, a Bachelor of Arts in Betriebswirtschaft from Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, and completed an Ausbildung in Industriekaufmann at Andreas Schneider Schule Heilbronn.
